Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 17, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before installing our mobile controller and TV screen player apps.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Loco mobile application, the Loco Android TV player, or our website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not download or use our software.


2. License Grant and Limitations

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and install the Loco controller application on your personal mobile devices and the Loco screen player on your smart TVs or media boxes.

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our applications, nor distribute the software to unauthorized third parties outside the official App Store and Google Play Store distribution channels.


3. Local WiFi Network Reliance Disclaimer

Loco is an offline-ready digital signage system that broadcasts content locally from your controller to your TV screen over your local area network (LAN) using a local WiFi router.

Network Quality Warning: The stability, casting speed, and pairing reliability of the system depend entirely on the range and quality of your local WiFi router, network bandwidth, and firewall configurations. Loco is not responsible for performance failures caused by local hardware malfunctions, weak router signals, or local IP address conflicts.


4. Acceptable Content Policy

You are solely responsible for the media files (including images, video clips, and schedules) that you upload and display on your screens using our applications.

You agree not to display any content that:

  • Infringes on the intellectual property, copyright, or trademark rights of third parties.
  • Contains illegal, graphic, hateful, or harmful materials.
  • Violates standard local advertising laws and commercial regulations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE 100% UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE DUE TO CORRESPONDING LOCAL HARDWARE DIVERSITY.


6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LOCO, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING Loss of Profits, Loss of Data, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability for any claim under these terms is limited to the amount paid by you for our services during the 12 months preceding the claim.


7. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a subscription basis. Subscriptions are processed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Account billing cycles, auto-renewals, and cancellations are governed by our Subscription Policy.


8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date.
