Subscription & Billing Policy

Last Updated: June 17, 2026. Review subscription structures, automatic renewals, and cancellation procedures for Apple and Google app environments.

1. Subscription Overview

Loco Digital Signage offers a flat-rate billing system structured around two simple plans:

  • Starter Plan (Free): Supports 1 active screen (TV player) with core local WiFi casting features. No credit card is required.
  • Pro Plan (Paid): Billed as a flat subscription per screen (monthly or annual billing). Includes premium scheduling, loop playlists, offline layouts, and prioritized support.

2. Auto-Renewal and Charging Cycles

Paid Pro subscriptions are processed as In-App Purchases (IAP) through Apple App Store Billing (iTunes) or Google Play Billing:

  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before your current subscription period ends.
  • Your App Store or Google Play account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • You can view, edit, or manage billing intervals directly inside your app store subscription settings.

3. Step-by-Step Cancellation Guide

Loco does not store or process card details directly. To cancel or modify your active Pro subscription, you must initiate the cancellation directly through the platform store where the subscription was purchased:

For Apple App Store Users
  1. Open the **Settings** application on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on **your Name** / profile image at the very top.
  3. Select **Subscriptions** from the account list.
  4. Find **Loco Signage** in your active list and tap it.
  5. Tap **Cancel Subscription** (or "Cancel Free Trial") and confirm your selection.
For Google Play Store Users
  1. Open the **Google Play Store** application on your Android device.
  2. Tap your **Profile Icon** in the top-right corner.
  3. Select **Payments & Subscriptions** > **Subscriptions**.
  4. Select **Loco Signage** from your active subscriptions.
  5. Tap **Cancel Subscription** at the bottom, follow the prompts, and confirm the cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

All in-app subscription payments are managed and processed securely by Apple and Google. Consequently:

  • Loco support agents cannot issue direct credit card refunds or cancel store-processed transactions.
  • To request a refund for an accidental purchase or double charge, you must submit a formal refund request directly to the respective store:
    • Apple: Request a refund via Apple's official web tool at reportaproblem.apple.com.
    • Google Play: Request a refund through your Google account purchase history or by visiting the Google Play Refund Support tool online.
