Welcome to Loco Digital Signage. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Loco Digital Signage mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
Loco Digital Signage provides a mobile-based platform that enables users to create, manage, and display digital content on connected screens. All core functionality of the Service is provided through the mobile application.
A separate web-based interface is provided solely for subscription management and billing purposes. No core signage functionality is offered through the website.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. Loco Digital Signage will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
Certain features of the Service require an active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through a web-based admin panel that is used exclusively for billing and subscription purposes.
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Subscription activation enables access to the corresponding features within the mobile application.
Subscriptions grant you the right to use a specified number of screens within the Loco Digital Signage platform. Each active subscription determines how many screens you can manage and control through the mobile app.
You agree not to exceed the number of screens included in your subscription. Misuse of screen licenses may result in restriction or suspension of your account.
You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, display, or manage using the Service. You agree not to use the platform to display or distribute any content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
Loco Digital Signage reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
The Service may rely on third-party providers for specific functionalities such as payment processing and authentication. These providers operate independently and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Loco Digital Signage is not responsible for the practices or actions of third-party services.
While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Performance may be affected by device compatibility, internet connectivity, and network conditions.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or improvements.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in unlawful activities.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked. Subscription-related matters will continue to be governed by the Subscription Policy.
All intellectual property rights related to Loco Digital Signage, including the application, design, and underlying technology, are owned by us and protected under applicable laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. Unauthorized use, copying, or modification is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loco Digital Signage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
You may delete your account at any time from within the mobile application. Upon deletion, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through the subscription management interface.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
