This Subscription Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase, usage, renewal, and cancellation of subscription plans offered by Loco Digital Signage (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing a subscription through our platform, you agree to be bound by this Subscription Policy.

 

Subscription Model

Loco Digital Signage operates on a subscription-based model that allows users to activate and manage digital signage screens. Subscriptions are purchased through the user’s account on our website admin panel and are linked to specific screen licenses.

Each subscription corresponds to one or more screens, depending on the plan selected by the user. Once a subscription is successfully activated, the user can access and control the subscribed screens through the mobile application.

Subscriptions are not tied to a specific device but are associated with the user’s account and allocated screens.

 

Payment and Billing

All subscription payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider, Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

Subscription fees are billed in advance based on the selected billing cycle, which may be monthly, yearly, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase. The total amount payable, including any applicable taxes such as GST, will be clearly displayed before completing the transaction.

Upon successful payment, the subscription will be activated immediately or within a short processing period.

 

Subscription Activation and Usage

Once a subscription is active, the user is granted access to use the subscribed number of screens within the Loco Digital Signage platform. The user can manage, configure, and control these screens via the mobile application connected to their account.

The availability and performance of the service may depend on factors such as internet connectivity, device compatibility, and network conditions. Loco Digital Signage does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.

 

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may be configured to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user. By enabling auto-renewal, you authorize us or our payment partner to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method.

The renewal will occur on or before the expiration date of the current subscription period. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are up to date to avoid service interruption.

 

Cancellation of Subscription

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard on the website. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not affect the current active subscription period.

Once a subscription is canceled, the user will continue to have access to the subscribed screens until the end of the current billing cycle. After the subscription expires, access to the associated screens and related services will be restricted or terminated.

Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date may result in automatic billing for the next cycle.

 

Refund Policy

All subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated. Loco Digital Signage does not provide refunds for partial usage, unused time, or changes in user requirements.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as technical issues that prevent the service from being delivered as intended, and will be evaluated at our sole discretion.

Any approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 

Account and Subscription Relationship

Subscriptions are linked to the user’s account and cannot be transferred to another user or account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your active subscription. Users must cancel their subscription separately before deleting their account to avoid future charges.

 

Changes to Subscription Plans

Loco Digital Signage reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, features, or plan structures at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users in advance and will not affect the current billing cycle already paid for.

Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated subscription terms.

 

Service Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if a user violates our Terms of Service, engages in misuse of the platform, or fails to comply with applicable laws.

In such cases, no refunds will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
